Kayaking is a strenuous activity requiring a certain degree of physical conditioning and stamina. This activity involves lifting and carrying of boats and equipment. Participants should also be prepared for cold, wet, and windy conditions that heighten the chance of hypothermia (please see our on-line list of what to bring).
